Customer Development Manager

Responsible for developing a geographic territory with a core customer set of approximately 85 customers. (The CDM will be asked to call on customers outside of the 85 that are relevant to the growth of PepsiCo and its bottling partners.). Responsible for all components of customer development including selling, merchandising, rotating and staff training at all assigned customers. Identify order management opportunities and be able to develop and articulate mutually beneficial solutions. Sell new items (line extensions) for all PepsiCo line of business (LOB’s).

Maintenance Manager

Assures equipment reliability to maximize production line productivity. Implements process enhancements to improve process enhancements to improve package and flavor changeover efficiency. Utilizes visual factory concepts to maximize asset utilization and plant performance. Builds the capability of plant supervisors and technicians. Tracks standard manufacturing and warehouse measures and prioritizes plant maintenance opportunities. Maintains P&L responsibility over maintenance cost centers, repair and maintenance, maintenance labor, utilities and capital improvement plans.

Account Execution Manager

The position is responsible for working with the Territory Sales Manager to meet the business objectives for an assigned territory and for training, developing, and auditing Account Sales Managers, develops and coaches the Account Sales Managers, creates and conducts audits and assessments, and provides sales coverage during regular Account Sales Manager absences.
