External Support Labor National Program Manager

Lead all aspects of External Support Labor for Frito-Lay nationally as part of the MCOE Team. Responsible for developing the annual ESL strategy and then working with our account & field teams as well as with key vendors to execute the game plan. This also includes managing the $5MM annual budget for ESL. ESL is deployed by Frito-Lay to complete initiatives in an efficient manner as well as to create capacity for field sales teams via initiatives such as: re-sets, equipment builds, conducting audits, in-store merchandising, and display builds.
